reservation confirmation: When a reservation is made through this website, the reservation is confirmed once the reservation completion notice is displayed on the screen.
service provision date: The reserved date(s) of stay constitute the service provision date. The application period for reservations is until 4:00 a.m. on the day following the service provision date.
payment methods: Payment methods are cash and credit card. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. We may pre-authorize the cost of the first night on the guest’s credit card 1–3 days before arrival to confirm the booking and to cover late cancellations or no-shows. The full accommodation fee is to be settled at the property at check-in or check-out, either by cash or credit card. There are no additional charges other than the accommodation fee and any optional services selected by the guest. Any additional services used at the property are to be paid for on-site.
security deposit: A ¥10,000 security deposit may be temporarily pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card at check-in to cover damages, missing items, or additional cleaning fees. If no issues arise, the pre-authorization will be released after check-out.
cancellation fees: Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 1 day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night. In the case of a no-show without notice, the cancellation fee will also be the cost of the first night. Due to the nature of accommodation services, refunds are not available after the stay has begun. If separate cancellation conditions are specified for a particular accommodation plan, those conditions will apply.
